What Features Make SES Different?

SES, by definition, is an ERP platform; however, it is entirely extensible and therefore more flexible and less costly, because integration to and from it, is less time-consuming. While SES does have a sophisticated relational database, it is capable of communicating and exchanging data with nearly any system – including many of its own complimenting parallel systems, like The Reporting Center and Online Offices, Workspaces and its Unified Messaging Center. SES is entirely web based and requires no client software. SES may be deployed as a managed hosted solution – obviating the need to buy or maintain costly hardware and related maintenance service labor. SES may at any time, be migrated to customers’ locations, or into our datacenter. With SES customers maintain complete control.

SES includes all of the following features and fully integrates each of them, while presenting visual information within interactive Decision Control Panels that extend the capabilities of less capable digital dashboards.

Project Management

Costing, Billing, Time and Expense, Activity Management, Sites, Scopes, Sub-Scopes – all processes pass effortlessly and seamlessly to related areas. For example, as people enter and record their time and it is accrued in support of billing for a project, the same entries pass seamlessly to SES’s payroll and accounting systems. As these processes execute, Decision Control Panels containing visual and interactive representations of all transactions, are built dynamically and populated with real-time information.

Financials and Accounting

General Ledger, Cash Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets are all provided with full statements for all transactions.
